  3. The Teaching:
During  their stay in Lebanon, MELTI taught the ‘7al loughz el nass’ teaching for 5 hours split into two sessions. Dr. Wahid’s smooth teaching style kept us all mesmerized while grasping this material linking everything back to verses from the bible and learning about our personalities and its pros and cons. The next time they will be in town, I will make sure to invite all of you, because this shouldn’t be something to be missed!

” […] forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before”

ننسى ما هو وراء ونمتد إلى ما هو قدام ” […] forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before”, was our August 2012 conference’s  theme.

Around 60 people gathered for a 48 hours of prayers, praise, teachings and preaching! God manifested Himself in wonderful and amazing ways; healing all the previous pains, sicknesses and shackles  and transforming them into an amazing ” Joy in the Lord “.

Several guest speakers indulged ministered by the power of  the Holy Spirit. Many subjects where tackled, from the power of the Word and Forgiveness, to the Holiness that each of us should achieve in order to be able to reach forth unto those things which are before.

The speakers where:

  1. Brother Elie Karam, an anointed servant of God. He met Jesus in 1996 and his life has completely changed ever since. He has been blessed with a wonderful family; Mrs. Nadine Karam as his wife and their kids Jeffrey and Jaden Karam.

His ministry  has made a difference in a lot of people’s lives; yet his faithfulness towards God and His church is a characteristic he is much known for.

At this conference, he will be sharing the Word of God with words of encouragement to “reach forth unto those things which are before”

  2. Pastor Corinne Schultz, is devoted to leading Missionswerk “Wort des Glaubens” church in Hamburg, Germany ever since its foundation in 1985. She is Lebanese in origin but has traveled to Germany with her family during the civil war. Today, the church of which she is pastor consists of approximately 200 members.         It is her aim to proclaim the unrestricted Word of God and spread the message of God’s love and the redeeming sacrifice of Jesus Christ to people. Pastor Corinne along with her church has a mission of bringing the lost back to Christ. She is an anointed person and is blessed with the gift of prophecy. Being in her calling, the Lord has used her to bring the lost sheep back to their rightful owner.
  3. Pastor Gaby Aouad, born in Beirut in 1970, is the first born in a family of three boys. Although Gaby was born in a Catholic family he didn’t have any encounter with Christ until 1987 when he was invited by his aunt to a church meeting. He was very attracted to the worship on that first meeting and was amazed to see the way people were worshiping God. He then committed his life to the Lord and walked firmly with him.In 1991 he joined YWAM as a full time missionary till 1996 when he was invited by his church to be an assistant pastor and worship leader. His heart towards the worship ministry led him to leave his position at the church in 2005 to start a ministry that focused on raising up a generation of real worshipers in the Middle East, the Gulf and North Africa.

He’s been traveling around those countries for the last 10 years teaching on how to have an intimate relationship with the Lord and leading worship.

Today Gaby is the pastor of  King Jesus Church  , married to Cosette, a young evangelist, and they have two daughters: Annalea and Gia-K.
